Welcome to FoxMyBox OPC Pvt. Ltd (“FoxMyBox”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the customization services you purchase from us under the brand FoxMyBox.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

FoxMyBox is an independent customization studio that modifies and customizes consumer electronic devices.

FoxMyBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Apple Inc., Sony, Dyson, or any other device manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

All customizations are aesthetic modifications unless otherwise specified.

2. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CANCELLATION

WARNING – IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES MAY VOID THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Any customization performed by FoxMyBox may cancel or void the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • FoxMyBox is not responsible for any warranty cancellation resulting from customization services.

  • You expressly instruct FoxMyBox to proceed with customization upon payment.

FoxMyBox disclaims all liability relating to cancelled manufacturer warranties.

3. FOXMYBOX WARRANTY

FoxMyBox warrants its workmanship against non-accidental hardware failure directly caused by our customization process for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty coverage requires:

  • Original dated invoice or receipt

  • Proof of purchase number

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories

  • Liquid damage

  • Acts of nature

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs

  • Normal aging or surface degradation

Products requiring warranty service must be returned to FoxMyBox. Shipping costs may apply and will be determined case by case.

4. MODIFICATION RISKS & COSMETIC VARIATION

All FoxMyBox products are handcrafted and customized.

You acknowledge that:

  • Minor finish variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the process.

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

  • Customized finishes may be more delicate than original factory finishes.

  • Surface wear may occur with normal use.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DEVICES

If you provide your own device for customization, you confirm that:

  • The device is fully functional prior to submission.

  • There are no undisclosed defects.

  • You have backed up all personal data.

FoxMyBox shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults

  • Internal failures unrelated to customization

  • Data loss

  • Undisclosed damage

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All customization designs, including Bespoke projects, are the intellectual property of FoxMyBox unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FoxMyBox reserves the right to:

  • Reproduce or reinterpret color combinations

  • Replicate bespoke concepts in future collections

  • Commercially release variations of custom projects

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no design is exclusive.

All content, renders, images, and product visuals remain the property of FoxMyBox and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. COLOR ALTERATIONS / RE-CUSTOMIZATION

Once a product has been customized and delivered, it cannot be returned for removal or alteration of the existing customization.

If FoxMyBox agrees to accept a product for new customization, it shall be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.

8. USE OF WEBSITE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or resell content

  • Use automated scraping tools

  • Exploit content for commercial use

  • Use FoxMyBox trademarks without written consent

Any breach will result in immediate termination of access.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any content submitted to FoxMyBox (including reviews, feedback, or suggestions) becomes our property and may be used for promotional purposes.

You may not submit misleading or false information.

FoxMyBox reserves the right to remove submissions at its discretion.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING

FoxMyBox reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Request additional verification

  • Correct pricing errors

If pricing errors occur, we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

11. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.

Payment processing terms are governed by the respective payment provider.

12. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is dispatched.

FoxMyBox is not liable for courier delays beyond its control.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FoxMyBox’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific customization service.

FoxMyBox shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Emotional distress

  • Loss of business

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoxMyBox, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the site

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Unauthorized use of customized products

15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the site, you consent to receive communications electronically.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

16. TERMINATION

FoxMyBox may terminate access to the website at any time without prior notice.

Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
